About This Role
- Lead Snowflake data conversion workstreams including data integration, pipeline design, transformation, and quality validation across diverse client cloud environments.
- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of data engineering tasks supporting data modernization and actionable insights, ensuring accuracy of source-to-target mappings and conversion rules.
- Manage and mentor teams, review technical deliverables, and identify risks and process improvements to strengthen data conversion outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 9 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in English, both oral and written.
- Experience with Snowflake data conversion and data quality validation for large-scale transformations explicitly required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong background in data engineering and cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Airflow) within complex client environments.
- Experience managing data modernization projects including planning, budgeting, execution, and mentoring teams.
- Preferably educated in fields like Management Information Systems, Computer/Information Science, Systems or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics.
