About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of supply chain transformation projects, including defining strategies, operating models, and digital roadmaps.
- Act as a strategic advisor and transformation leader engaging with senior client stakeholders to drive value realization and manage project delivery.
- Drive business development by contributing to proposals, originating deals, and supporting practice development and thought leadership in Supply Chain & Operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in supply chain and operations, specifically digital supply chain experience in the India market.
- Educational Qualification: B.Tech/BE/MBA preferred.
- Strong program management skills including budget management, project planning, time management, communication, and decision-making.
- Must have skills: Demand Planning & Forecasting, Supply Planning & Production Planning, Inventory Optimization, Network Strategy, Supply Chain Risk Analytics.

- Experience working with senior client leadership to build trusted relationships and manage expectations through complex transformations.
- Proven track record of delivering impactful digital supply chain solutions in a consulting or client-facing role.
- Ability to operate in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment combining strategic advisory with pragmatic execution and business development.
