About This Role
- Provide operational IT support ensuring the accuracy, availability, and effectiveness of IT resources for end users.
- Act as a point of contact for customers for IT service inquiries and manage incident tickets according to documented processes, including troubleshooting and escalation.
- Support manufacturing/shop-floor operations with hardware, software, networking, and database troubleshooting responsibilities.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant IT experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification or licensing may be required for compliance with export controls.
- Basic SQL and database knowledge; Windows OS and hardware troubleshooting; Networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, IP, LAN/Wi-Fi.
- Willingness to support manufacturing/shop-floor IT operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in applying IT technical support within manufacturing or operational technology environments.
- Operates effectively within structured incident management processes and documentation standards.
- Familiar with both IT infrastructure troubleshooting and basic manufacturing IT systems such as MES/SCADA and ERP fundamentals.
