About This Role
- Lead and manage a team of quality engineers to plan and integrate testing strategies across the application lifecycle to enhance delivery speed and quality.
- Develop and implement end-to-end testing methodologies and key quality metrics including test execution and defect resolution.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to provide solutions and take ownership of quality assurance decisions affecting immediate and cross-functional teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Must have proficiency in Java Full Stack Development and strong knowledge of software testing methodologies (manual and automated).
- 15 years of full-time education required.
- Position based in Hyderabad office.
