About This Role
- Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Java (8+/11+), Spring Boot, and related technologies.
- Lead solution design and code review activities ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and support deployment using Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-7+ years of hands-on experience in Java development, specifically Java 8+ or 11+.
- Strong skills in Java Collections, Streams, Multithreading, Concurrency, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA/Hibernate, and REST APIs.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Liquibase, unit testing (JUnit5/Mockito), and production troubleshooting using Splunk.
- Mandatory skill: JAX-RS (Java API for RESTful Web Services). Work Experience Required: 5-8 years as also mentioned in the JD.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in backend Java application architecture and performance tuning, including use of Azul JVM for optimization.
- Able to lead technical design and code quality enforcement within a module, working closely with project managers and teams across SDLC.
- Comfortable with containerization (Docker), CI/CD pipelines, Unix/Linux environments, and troubleshooting distributed systems in production.
