About This Role
- Own end-to-end performance, operability, and incident management of critical Oracle Cloud Infrastructure production services, including troubleshooting and mitigating customer-impacting incidents.
- Lead technical response for critical infrastructure incidents, coordinate cross-team resolution efforts, and drive continuous operational improvements including automation and monitoring.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship, influence infrastructure architecture decisions, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance cloud infrastructure reliability and scalability.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years in infrastructure engineering, cloud operations, SRE, production operations, or related technical roles.
- Expert-level Linux administration skills (Ubuntu, Oracle Linux) in large-scale production environments.
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues across hardware, OS, networking, and service dependencies.

- Experienced in managing and optimizing large-scale cloud infrastructure with strong understanding of distributed systems and multi-layer network protocols.
- Demonstrates strategic ownership in incident management and operational improvements using metrics like MTTR and automation coverage.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with globally distributed teams, able to lead complex technical initiatives spanning architecture, operations, and customer impact.
