About This Role
- Lead configuration, implementation, support, and enhancement of BlackLine Financial Close Management solutions including Account Reconciliations, Transaction Matching, Journal Entry, and Task Management.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Accounting, Product, Engineering) to deliver scalable solutions that automate and optimize financial close and reconciliation processes globally.
- Drive continuous improvements to reduce manual effort, strengthen SOX-compliant controls, and support integrations between BlackLine, SAP, and other enterprise platforms.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise applications and business systems.
- Hands-on experience with BlackLine Financial Close Management solutions and strong understanding of financial close, reconciliation, journal entry, and month-end close processes.
- Experience supporting SOX compliance, audit requirements, and working in Agile/DevOps environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in financial transformation initiatives and automation of close and reconciliation processes in large, global, matrixed organizations.
- Able to translate accounting and finance requirements into scalable technology solutions on the BlackLine platform with integration to enterprise ERP systems like SAP/S4HANA.
- Proactive leader and collaborator who drives operational excellence, solution adoption, and continuous improvement in cross-functional teams.
