About This Role
- Design and implement scalable, resilient, and high-performance backend systems primarily using Go, Python, Postgres, Kubernetes, and Kafka.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to shape features and system architecture decisions.
- Produce high-quality, well-documented, maintainable code oriented towards system reliability and efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering experience with real-world scaling challenges.
- Proficiency in Go, Python, Postgres, Kubernetes, and Kafka.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
- Degree from a top-tier engineering college or equivalent practical experience in engineering.
