About This Role
- Design and develop user-facing web and mobile interfaces as well as backend services for AI-powered conversational and admin applications.
- Integrate AI agents and models into enterprise systems to support multi-turn dialogues and dynamic workflows.
- Ensure production-quality software with automated testing, error handling, and responsive design for scalable AI model orchestration.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (React, Next.js, Vue, Angular), Python, Node.js, Java, REST/GraphQL APIs, and WebSocket systems.
- Position based in Bengaluru office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building chat interfaces, form-based flows, and multi-turn conversational systems with user-centric design.
- Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain Agents, AutoGen.
- Skilled in backend service scaling, response caching, retry/back-off strategies, token streaming, and secure data handling.
