About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI framework.
- Build and manage secure RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and microservices adhering to compliance and secure coding practices.
- Optimize system performance and reliability while supporting deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of production systems.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of backend development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python and FastAPI framework.
- Experience in database design and query optimization with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Location requirement: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building and managing APIs using REST, WebSockets, or gRPC in fintech or regulated environments.
- Skilled in asynchronous programming, microservices architecture, and secure coding (JWT, OAuth, encryption).
- Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, cloud deployments, and Agile/Scrum work environments.
