About This Role
- Translate business requirements into precise extraction targets, schemas, and quality thresholds for AI-driven data extraction.
- Design, test, and iterate prompts for large language model (LLM)-based extraction and implement evaluation protocols such as accuracy and precision/recall.
- Maintain and configure extraction workflows in Python including parsing, validation, post-processing, triaging code issues, and collaborating with US Data Science team in an onsite-offshore model.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Applied Math, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years of experience as AI Engineer or Prompt Engineer with understanding of data science experiment design.
- Experience with enterprise-scale datasets or high-volume document processing.
- Flexible to work in a hybrid model (office/home) and collaborate in onsite-offshore setup; working knowledge of Python scripting and Azure DevOps management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in prompt engineering and evaluation for LLMs with ability to produce structured output and guardrails.
- Proficient in Python programming for workflow automation, debugging, testing, and maintenance.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with business stakeholders and offshore data science teams to prioritize and manage extraction pipeline improvements.
