About This Role
- Own the roadmap, delivery, and end-to-end product management of assigned internal AI-powered products, features, or areas, including writing PRDs, defining personas, user stories, and managing sprints.
- Collaborate with AI data scientists, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to translate AI/ML technical capabilities into business value and measurable product outcomes.
- Define product strategy, KPIs, oversee backlog prioritization, scrum ceremonies, manage dependencies, risks, and coordinate releases and user acceptance testing.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of Product Management experience, with at least 1 year working on AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, or data-driven products.
- Experience writing PRDs, personas, user stories, acceptance criteria, and epics, and running Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
- Working understanding of AI/ML concepts such as supervised learning, NLP, LLMs, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics; proficiency with Jira and Confluence or similar tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in delivering AI-driven products by aligning cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment.
- Capable of translating complex AI/ML technologies into clear business requirements and measurable impact using data-driven decision making.
- Familiar with emerging AI technologies (e.g., Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLMs) and has worked in fast-paced AI Center of Excellence or innovation-focused teams.
