About This Role
- Enable effective functioning of software development teams by coaching and mentoring on Agile methodologies and facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
- Identify and remove obstacles to ensure focus on project goals and timely delivery.
- Collaborate across multiple teams, manage team decisions, and use metrics to report progress and support continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience working with ServiceNow and related implementations.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow, Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban), and Agile project management tools.
- Location requirement: Based in Bengaluru, Pune, or Chennai office.
