About This Role
- Build and deploy end-to-end production-ready AI agents including agent workflows, reasoning flows, and tool-calling logic.
- Integrate AI agents with Agentic Platforms, MCP servers, internal/external APIs, and enterprise applications.
- Develop and optimize scalable, secure APIs and AI models focusing on accuracy, latency, cost, and reliability.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML/DL, NLP, LLM, or Agentic AI projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Strong Python programming skills and experience with production API development frameworks like FastAPI.
- Work Mode: Onsite in Mohali; Shift: 10am - 8pm IST (10-hour shift).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building AI agents with practical knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, tool/function calling, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Familiarity with HR-tech, recruitment AI, resume parsing, or job matching applications is highly preferred.
- Comfortable experimenting with new AI technologies, integrating various AI components, and optimizing agent performance in production.
