About This Role
- Manage end-to-end Order to Cash processes including financial data analysis, transaction reconciliation, and working capital optimization.
- Lead and oversee teams handling cash application processing, addressing unapplied cash and suspense account reconciliation from payment receipt to finalization.
- Develop and implement solutions for complex problems within OTC, adhering to strategic direction and interacting with senior management for decision making.
Minimum Requirements
- 13 to 18 years of work experience in Order to Cash or related financial operations.
- Qualification: BCom, MCom or any Graduation degree.
- Required expertise in OTC process, cash application, process governance, transformation, and contract management.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per job requirement.

- Experienced leader capable of managing large to medium-sized teams or work efforts independently within OTC processes.
- Strategic thinker with ability to design solutions involving complex variable factors and engage with senior management.
