About This Role
- Lead and manage multiple cross-functional software programs simultaneously within Private 5G and Wireless areas, driving end-to-end deliverables from concept to delivery.
- Identify and manage cross-functional interdependencies, risks, budgets, schedules, and communicate status and issues to senior leadership to keep projects on track.
- Coordinate and lead hardware programs and critical initiatives as needed, maintaining program documentation and presenting updates to executives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, or electrical engineering (or equivalent).
- 8-10 years experience in IT product-based company, preferably Telecom/Networking domain.
- 5+ years program management experience with 3+ years leading software programs.
- Onsite role with very minimal travel; relocation not available; no direct people management responsibilities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multiple complex NPI (New Product Introduction) programs end-to-end across software and hardware teams.
- Skilled in cross-functional leadership involving PLM, test, technical publications, and customer service teams.
- Proficient with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project/Smartsheet, and experienced in budgeting and risk management in a fast-paced environment.
