About This Role
- Architect and develop the full Genesis AI-native platform stack including agentic pipelines, backend APIs, data infrastructure, and clinical-facing UI.
- Make foundational architectural decisions for intelligent systems operating at scale in a regulated healthcare environment.
- Own end-to-end delivery and operational excellence, including observability and on-call responsibilities.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years experience building production web applications with deep Python proficiency (FastAPI, Django, or Flask).
- Production experience with LLM-based AI systems including RAG pipelines, multi-agent workflows, and prompt engineering.
- Cloud-scale operational experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and at least one public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Work Experience Required: 6+ years software development experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in AI-native engineering, having shipped LLM-powered production systems with observability and operational rigor.
- Skilled in designing APIs that serve both humans and AI agents, with async-first architecture including Kafka, Redis, or similar technologies.
- Comfortable owning full-stack responsibilities, including frontend delivery (React, TypeScript) and direct collaboration with founders and customers.
