About This Role
- Own and prioritize the product backlog including grooming and writing clear Jira user stories with acceptance criteria and scope details.
- Lead sprint planning, refinement, demos, acceptance of work, and coordinate UAT and release readiness with engineering, QA, and design teams.
- Leverage AI tools daily to research, draft documents, prototype features, and create repeatable AI workflows to increase team efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience: Typically 2-3 years in product management, business analysis, or product ownership with hands-on Product Owner experience.
- Must have AI fluency, including using AI tools daily, structured prompt writing, detecting AI weaknesses, and understanding data privacy risks.
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira (epics, stories, sprints, boards).
- Clear, concise written communication and data literacy to analyze product questions using analytics tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has product ownership experience with strong operational discipline managing agile backlogs and team coordination.
- Demonstrates practical AI product sense and ability to prototype AI-powered features responsibly with evaluation criteria.
- Possesses domain knowledge in tax, compliance, fintech, or experience with UI prototyping and design systems is a plus.
