About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions using Large Language Models, RAG pipelines, and multimodal AI approaches.
- Evaluate, optimize, and monitor AI models for performance, safety, and accuracy, including building benchmarks and conducting hallucination detection.
- Collaborate with engineering and platform teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise production environments with observability and governance controls.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years experience developing AI/ML solutions, including 1+ year hands-on with Agentic AI, Generative AI, and Large Language Models.
- Proficiency in Python and modern AI frameworks, with experience integrating AI solutions into enterprise environments.
- Work Setup: Remote (Location: Bangalore, India).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building AI copilots, assistants, RAG pipelines, or AI Agents with knowledge of agent orchestration and autonomous systems.
- Skilled in prompt engineering, AI evaluation methodologies, fine-tuning, and model adaptation for scalable business outcomes.
- Familiarity with AI governance, Responsible AI principles, and deploying AI solutions in regulated enterprise contexts is advantageous.
