About This Role
- Develop and maintain web applications primarily using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Manage and oversee a team within Operations, including scheduling and performance monitoring.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for AEM and support the team in solving technical issues.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of work experience in web application development.
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Primary skills required: Web Application Development and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) at proficiency level P4.
- Role may require working in rotational shifts.

- Experienced in both front-end and back-end web technologies with ability to develop end-to-end applications.
- Capable of managing team operations and coordinating closely with team leads.
- Comfortable working under moderate supervision with focus on individual contribution and some client or management interaction.
