About This Role
- Lead development and troubleshooting of secure, high-quality software solutions using Golang, Terraform, and cloud-native technologies within an agile team.
- Drive adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational stability.
- Lead technical evaluation of external vendors and internal architectural designs to support business objectives and system integration.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Proficiency in Golang or Terraform coding and experience in cloud-native environments.
- Experience leading use of AI-assisted software development tools with ability to validate AI output correctness, performance, and security.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle, agile methodologies, and financial services IT systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability in financial services context.
- Skilled in applying AI-assisted engineering tools responsibly, including coaching others on secure and compliant adoption.
- Capable of leading evaluation of architectural and technical solutions involving APIs, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native systems.
