About This Role
- Lead the development and application of advanced statistical and simulation models to analyze sales and marketing programs.
- Manage end-to-end analysis lifecycle including problem formulation, solution creation, client communication, and project deliverables.
- Serve as primary client contact for analytics projects, mentor junior associates, and contribute to new analytics capabilities and knowledge base.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering OR MSc/BSc/B.Pharma from Tier I (IIT/NIT) institutes.
- 3-5 years of experience in quantitative analysis.
- Proficiency with tools such as Excel/VBA, SAS, Alteryx, Visual Basic, and data visualization platforms (Tableau, Qlik, Sisense).
- Ability to work with global, cross-office teams; fluency in English required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in developing and communicating complex statistical models to non-technical clients in sales and marketing contexts.
- Comfortable taking ownership of project deliverables and mentoring junior team members.
- Capable of leveraging GenAI tools to enhance analytics processes while ensuring methodological rigor.
