About This Role
- Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Enterprise Server and GitHub Actions across Windows, Linux, and macOS.
- Own and manage self-hosted GitHub Actions runner infrastructure, deployment automation, and secure software supply chain practices for on-premises semiconductor software platforms.
- Lead troubleshooting, monitoring, and continuous improvement of software delivery automation, collaborating with global engineering teams and ensuring operational reliability.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, build and release engineering, or infrastructure automation with technical ownership.
- Strong hands-on expertise with GitHub Enterprise Server, GitHub Actions, reusable workflows, and self-hosted runner management.
- Experience with Linux administration, Bash scripting, Windows PowerShell automation, and cross-platform software delivery.
- Experience with on-premises software deployment and Azure services integration; strong networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS, proxies, and firewalls.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in complex, enterprise-scale CI/CD infrastructure design and operational support, especially in cross-platform, on-premises environments.
- Skilled in secure automation and software supply chain security, with ownership of infrastructure delivery from design through rollout and support.
- Capable of working with distributed engineering teams and handling multi-disciplinary technical troubleshooting across source control, networking, OS, and deployment issues.
