About This Role
- Lead and manage 6-8 techno-functional Quality Engineering (QE) teams within JPMorganChase Asset and Wealth Management, overseeing day-to-day implementation and issue escalation.
- Develop and maintain reusable automated testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and performance testing strategies using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, and leverage monitoring platforms for real-time analysis.
- Drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI-assisted engineering and automation practices, defining standards for validation, secure usage, and reusable patterns to improve delivery speed and quality.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification; demonstrated coaching and mentoring experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch) and performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, BlazeMeter).
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI), APM tools (AppDynamics, Dynatrace), and logging/monitoring platforms (ELK Stack, OpenSearch, Splunk, Grafana).
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages including Python, Java, Groovy, NodeJS, and SQL; solid understanding of Asset and Wealth Management domain and trading.
