About This Role
- Test HR system integrations and AI-powered chat and voice assistants for enterprise customers.
- Own automation, manual, and API testing processes including writing and executing test cases and debugging failures.
- Interact directly with clients for requirement clarifications and issue communications.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of QA engineering experience.
- At least 2 years hands-on automation testing experience, preferably with Playwright or similar tools (Selenium acceptable).
- Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Java for automation scripting and CI/CD pipeline integrations.
- Must be available for full-time, in-office work in Gurgaon (5 days a week).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in automation and manual API testing with ability to design comprehensive test plans including edge cases.
- Comfortable handling client communications and capable of translating issues between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AI/chatbot testing concepts and tools, including handling dynamic AI responses, context-aware conversation testing, and basic AI risks awareness.
