About This Role
- Lead design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise software with hands-on coding responsibilities.
- Drive AI-first engineering practices to enhance developer productivity and build AI-powered capabilities.
- Mentor engineers and collaborate with leadership to influence technical strategy and solve complex challenges across teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years professional software engineering experience delivering enterprise-scale applications.
- Expert proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, APIs, microservices, cloud-native development, and distributed systems.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools, AI technologies like LLMs, RAG, and familiarity with cloud platforms AWS or Azure.
- Must live in and be eligible to work in the US.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior IC with deep hands-on Java and enterprise SaaS product development experience, especially within Salesforce ecosystem.
- Strong emphasis on applying AI in software engineering, including AI tool adoption and AI product development.
- Proven ability to mentor senior engineers, lead cross-team initiatives, and work remotely with globally distributed teams in the US.
