About This Role
- Lead and manage a team of quality engineers to plan and integrate testing across multidisciplinary teams to accelerate delivery and ensure application quality.
- Develop and implement end-to-end testing strategies using quality processes, metrics, and methodologies to manage test execution and defect resolution.
- Make key decisions, provide problem-solving solutions within and across teams, and facilitate training and mentorship for junior members.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Must have proficiency in Java Full Stack Development with strong understanding of software testing methodologies and automated testing tools.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Role is based in Gurugram, India.

- Experienced SME in quality engineering with ability to lead teams and manage cross-team collaborations.
- Strong technical skills in Java Full Stack Development combined with hands-on expertise in test automation and Agile methodologies.
