About This Role
- Lead and influence AutoRABIT's long-term technical strategy across multiple engineering teams, products, and platforms as a senior technical authority.
- Drive AI innovation by architecting, developing, and delivering AI-powered product capabilities and intelligent automation solutions, moving initiatives into reliable production.
- Actively write production code and personally lead the design and implementation of highly complex, business-critical software across Java, distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native platforms.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of professional software engineering experience with complex enterprise software products and platforms.
- Proven senior technical leadership experience (Distinguished Engineer, Principal Engineer, Staff Engineer, Chief Architect, or equivalent).
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and enterprise architecture for scalable, secure SaaS platforms.
- Must be based in the US and eligible to work there; this is a remote role.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior individual contributor with proven ability to influence architectural and technical decisions across multiple teams without direct authority.
- Strong background in AI technologies including Large Language Models, Retrieval Augmented Generation, AI agents, and AI-assisted software development workflows applied in production.
- Experienced in cloud platforms like AWS/Azure, DevSecOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and modern engineering practices for high reliability and security in enterprise SaaS.
