About This Role
- Lead and mentor a team of SAP FICO & PS functional consultants, managing workload, escalations, and rostering.
- Manage service delivery including Incident, Change, Problem and Request Management under ITIL; act as Major Incident Manager for critical issues.
- Drive S/4HANA implementation, testing, integration across SAP modules (SD, MM, PP), approve ChaRM changes, ensure audit compliance and collaborate with business and IT stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 12–15 years of SAP FICO & PS experience in manufacturing with global exposure.
- Strong expertise in SAP FICO & PS modules: GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, CO-PA, Product Costing.
- Hands-on experience with S/4HANA, knowledge of P2P and O2C processes, and SAP cross-module integration.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Commerce or Finance from a reputed university.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader capable of managing and mentoring SAP functional teams in complex environments with critical issue resolution responsibility.
- Demonstrated proficiency in SAP transformation initiatives and cross-module integration, especially within manufacturing domain.
- Familiar with ITIL practices including Incident and Change Management, and S/4HANA implementation projects.
