About This Role
- Own the architecture, design, and evaluation of Microsoft SCCM, OSD Imaging, application packaging, and deployment processes globally.
- Define and drive the End User Computing (EUC) technology roadmap and strategies, ensuring alignment with General Mills & D&T objectives and stakeholder requirements.
- Provide technical and operational governance, troubleshooting complex SCCM, Intune, and OSD Imaging issues, and lead transformational EUC programs including automation and compliance initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 15 to 20 years of hands-on experience with SCCM, OSD Imaging, and related upgrades.
- Bachelor's degree or higher (minimum education requirement).
- Technical expertise in SCCM infrastructure administration, Intune integration with on-premise SCCM, OSD Imaging, Autopilot, Windows upgrades, PowerShell scripting, and patch management.
- Experience working in multinational corporate PC support environments.

- Experienced in managing and architecting complex Microsoft End User Computing solutions in global, geographically diverse corporate settings.
- Strong capability in stakeholder management and collaboration across technical and business teams, with leadership in cross-functional workstreams.
- Proven skills in strategic IT roadmap development, automation via PowerShell, and handling compliance/security reviews within large scale infrastructure environments.
