About This Role
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Work closely within Agile teams including developers, QA, and project managers to ensure delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, feasibility studies, and provide post-implementation support including troubleshooting.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 4 years of work experience in business analysis or related role.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency with analytical and visualization tools such as SQL, Excel, Azure DevOps, JIRA, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or Bizagi Modeler.
- Work from office location in Pune is mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Agile methodologies with practical involvement in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
- Strong analytical capabilities combined with technical familiarity of tools for process modeling and wireframing such as Balsamiq, Axure, or Figma.
- Skilled in managing cross-organizational stakeholder communication and translating business needs into technical solutions.
