About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery performance across 4-6 cross-functional pods (Engineering, Quality, Product) ensuring pace, predictability, and outcome alignment.
- Lead pod coaching, cross-pod collaboration, and conflict resolution to foster self-organising, outcome-driven teams while managing delivery risks and dependencies.
- Champion AI integration to automate, optimize workflows, track metrics, and improve delivery efficiency using data-driven decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years in delivery/agile roles with at least 3 years managing multiple teams/pods concurrently in technology environments.
- Expertise in flow-based delivery methodologies (Kanban, lean, continuous delivery) and experience enabling teams at scale.
- Strong understanding of AI tooling applied to software delivery including coding assistants and automation.
- Experience in capacity planning, demand forecasting, resource optimization, and use of data analytics for problem solving.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in cross-team delivery leadership with ability to operate strategically across multiple pods and leadership levels.
- Skilled in systems thinking and organizational transformation with a focus on outcome/value rather than output.
- Comfortable adapting delivery frameworks per pod context, integrating AI tools, and supporting continuous improvement in regulated or complex environments.
