About This Role
- Maintain and upgrade the ServiceNow platform including patching and version upgrades.
- Develop and automate workflows, application logic, scripts, and UI components within ServiceNow to support business processes.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems, develop reports and dashboards, and ensure secure, high-performing ServiceNow applications and portals.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- At least 2 certifications from the following: Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, Certified Application Specialist (Performance Analytics), Implementation Specialist (Customer Service Management), Implementation Specialist (Service Mapping), Implementation Specialist (Discovery), Implementation Specialist (IT Service Management).
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management and ITIL framework.

- Experienced in applying best practices and automating IT service management processes within ServiceNow.
- Capable of managing multiple task assignments independently and collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
- Demonstrates technical proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), workflow automation, and integration within complex ServiceNow environments.
