About This Role
- Own architecture, design, and delivery of scalable full-stack web applications and distributed systems from frontend through backend to cloud infrastructure.
- Lead and mentor engineering teams, enforce coding standards, and drive best practices across the software development lifecycle.
- Leverage AI tools and build AI-driven intelligent features and automation within products (advantageous).
Minimum Requirements
- 10-13 years of software engineering experience with at least 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
- Strong backend expertise in Python (FastAPI preferred) or Java and frontend experience with ReactJS and TypeScript.
- Experience with REST and GraphQL APIs, asynchronous processing (Celery or similar), AWS cloud services, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical leader comfortable guiding architecture and engineering teams in full-stack, cloud-native, microservices environments.
- Proven track record with scalable backend system design and API development, combined with UI/frontend development skills.
- Familiarity or experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into production software, with operational oversight of complex distributed systems.
