- Design and implement prompt strategies, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures, and fine-tuning or adapter approaches for GenAI solutions.
- Build Python-based prototypes and evaluation frameworks applying NLP and ML techniques such as text classification, semantic search, embeddings, and regression/causal inference.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning with demonstrable GenAI and LLM project experience.
- Strong Python programming skills including pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, and experience with LangChain/LlamaIndex or SDKs like OpenAI, Vertex AI, or Hugging Face.
- Hands-on experience with embeddings, vector search, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt design, and LLM evaluation.
- Solid grounding in statistics and experimentation methods including hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, power analysis, and A/B test design.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in deploying and evaluating advanced LLM and GenAI solutions in real-world use cases.
- Comfortable designing complex ML workflows using object-oriented and functional programming patterns in Python.
- Skilled at integrating statistics-based experimentation to improve and validate model performance.
