About This Role
- Lead technical design and architecture of enterprise AI/ML and generative AI solutions, including production-grade model deployment pipelines and GenAI orchestration on the Alia platform and cloud AI platforms.
- Drive AI workflows and inference API integrations across real-time and batch services, selecting and implementing AI tools (LLM providers, agent frameworks) to enhance squad adoption.
- Set AI/ML engineering standards and practices, establish model evaluation and retraining strategies, enforce responsible AI standards, and mentor AI/ML engineers to ensure scalable, reliable production-ready AI systems.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or machine learning with leadership and mentoring experience.
- Deep expertise in Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn), data handling (Pandas, NumPy), and experiment tracking (MLflow).
- Strong skills in SQL for data operations and experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g. BigQuery, Snowflake).
- Hands-on experience with generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation), MLOps pipelines across cloud AI platforms (Azure AI, GCP), and supporting tools for deployment, monitoring, and responsible AI practices.

- Demonstrates expertise in integrating AI outputs with business KPIs to drive measurable value and aligns technical solutions with enterprise goals.
- Proficient in mentoring engineers and setting AI engineering standards, focusing on responsible AI, MLOps best practices, and advanced prompt engineering within AI squads.
