About This Role
- Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, ensuring code quality, adherence to best practices, and technical guidance.
- Design, develop, and architect scalable, secure applications and microservices using .NET Core, .NET Framework, and GCP cloud services.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code, resolve complex technical issues, and contribute to the technical roadmap and continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years experience with C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
- 3+ years experience in cloud platforms, preferably GCP, including cloud-native application design and deployment.
- 3+ years experience with source control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven leadership in guiding and mentoring .NET development teams with strong technical expertise.
- Experience working with microservices and serverless architecture on GCP cloud platform.
- Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments with an ability to drive best practices in software development and deployment.
