About This Role
- Lead the Train Control and Management System (TCMS) engineering function covering strategy, software development, system integration, and product delivery for railway applications.
- Accountable for engineering leadership including capacity planning, resource allocation, and driving engineering excellence, standardization, and productivity.
- Own project execution including engineering deliverables, risk management, compliance with railway standards, and customer/stakeholder technical interface.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Electronics and Communication, or Computer Engineering.
- 15+ years experience in railway engineering, TCMS, embedded systems, control systems, or rolling stock electronics.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex railway projects, including metro, EMU/MEMU, or locomotive systems.
- Working knowledge of railway standards IEC 61375, IEC 62279, IEC 62425, EN 50126/50128/50129 and software lifecycle processes.

- Strong system-level problem-solving skills with expertise in TCMS architecture, embedded software, system integration, and railway safety/security standards.
- Proven ability to manage complex project delivery and collaborate with global R&D, customers, and cross-functional teams for operational and technical excellence.
