About This Role
- Develop and optimize production-grade predictive ML models and generative AI solutions including MLOps training pipelines and advanced LLM interaction logic.
- Deploy and monitor model inference endpoints via REST and GraphQL APIs, establish performance and evaluation metrics, and apply bias mitigation and responsible AI practices.
- Provide technical guidance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into production and link outputs to business KPIs.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in applied machine learning or AI engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn), SQL, and experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake).
- Experience building MLOps pipelines on Azure AI and Google Cloud Platform with model versioning and monitoring.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI, large language models, prompt engineering, vector databases, LLM APIs, and deployment of model inference via REST/GraphQL APIs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end model development lifecycle including training, tuning, evaluation, deployment, drift detection, and retraining with responsible AI focus.
- Skilled in generative AI systems and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph) suited for enterprise GenAI platforms.
- Able to mentor AI/ML engineers and collaborate across data engineering, MLOps, and product teams in a fast-evolving luxury retail tech environment.
