About This Role
- Own financial data management and analysis within Finance RP Growth & Strategy team, generating strategic business insights focused on growth and profitability.
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies aligned with organizational objectives, including market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and prepare strategic reports for senior management while supporting standardization and optimization of solutions, including costing and sales collateral readiness.
Minimum Requirements
- Post Graduate Business Diploma or MBA from a top university/college.
- 6-8 years of total work experience.
- 3-4 years of experience in financial data analysis, financial modelling, and business insights generation; 1-2 years of experience in corporate and growth strategy preferred.
- Ability to work flexibly across time zones; limited travel required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in strategy design and execution, preferably within IT/ITeS/BPO sectors.
- Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives in global enterprises is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience working with senior stakeholders on strategic thinking and execution.
