About This Role
- Lead flagship AI and legal technology initiatives including pilot design, implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement across global legal teams.
- Translate complex legal requirements into practical, trusted, and compliant technology and AI solutions, collaborating with Legal, CIO, and cross-functional teams.
- Manage day-to-day AI and technology operations, prioritize use cases based on business impact, support roadmaps and program governance, and monitor performance metrics to drive adoption and efficiency improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technology, AI, digital transformation, product delivery, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365 Copilot, SharePoint, Power Automate, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Experience with evaluating, configuring, or integrating third-party AI and legal technology solutions.
- Familiarity with data governance, information protection, and responsible AI principles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in supporting AI or digital transformation initiatives within in-house legal departments or professional services environments.
- Skilled at translating legal business needs into operational technology requirements with an emphasis on compliance and governance.
- Capable of managing end-to-end program governance and delivering measurable efficiency improvements and user adoption in legal technology projects.
