About This Role
- Support initial monitoring, triage, and coordination for business-critical applications built on .NET, C#, Angular, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Execute basic troubleshooting including SQL queries, log reviews, and application health monitoring under guidance.
- Maintain incident documentation in ITSM tools, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and assist in post-release validations.
Minimum Requirements
- 0-6 months experience in IT Operations or related field.
- Basic academic or training-level understanding of .NET framework/.NET Core, C#, Angular, and Microsoft SQL.
- Ability to work in one of the specified shifts: 08:00 AM-05:00 PM, 03:00 PM-12:00 AM, or 09:00 PM-06:00 AM.
- Work Experience Required: 0-6 months as explicitly mentioned in the JD.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Entry-level candidate comfortable following documented SOPs and working under guidance in a production support environment.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (LogicMonitor, Dynatrace or similar) and willingness to handle application health metrics and log monitoring.
