About This Role
- Support initial monitoring, triage, and coordination for business-critical applications built on .NET, C#, Angular, and SQL Server.
- Assist in troubleshooting incidents, monitor application health, and perform basic log and data validations following SOPs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage incident documentation and communication using ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
Minimum Requirements
- 0-6 months of work experience in IT operations or related field.
- Basic understanding of .NET framework/.NET Core, C#, Angular frontend, and Microsoft SQL.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., LogicMonitor, Dynatrace) and fundamental networking and server concepts.
- Location requirement: Pune, with defined shifts including morning, afternoon, and night hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Entry-level engineer comfortable learning under guidance and following documented SOPs.
- Able to perform initial application and infrastructure troubleshooting and understands multi-layer issue identification.
- Capable of collaborating with development, database, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution and incident management.
