About This Role
- Manage end-to-end day-to-day operational execution of eCommerce hub shipments including inbound, outbound, and transit operations to meet network timelines and service quality targets.
- Coordinate surface linehaul and feeder network operations to ensure timely loading, dispatch, and shipment connectivity across hubs and service centres.
- Monitor and resolve shipment exceptions, ensure compliance with operational standards, and drive continuous process improvements to maintain service reliability and operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in courier, express logistics, transportation, eCommerce logistics or hub operations, with exposure to surface linehaul and shipment tracking.
- Proficient in logistics management systems, operational dashboards, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Work Experience Required: 3–5 years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing high-volume hub operations within eCommerce or courier logistics environments with strong operational coordination skills.
- Skilled in handling shipment processing accuracy, exception management, and meeting SLA-driven service targets.
- Capable of collaborating across multiple internal teams (Linehaul, Network Operations, Customer Service) to ensure smooth execution of surface network logistics.
