About This Role
- Support monitoring and triage of business-critical applications built on .NET, C#, Angular, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Assist in troubleshooting application, database, and infrastructure issues using SOPs and monitoring tools under guidance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and maintain detailed incident documentation in ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
Minimum Requirements
- 0-6 months experience in Application Support, Production Support, IT Operations, NOC, training, or relevant academic/project exposure.
- Basic knowledge of .NET framework/.NET Core, C#, Angular, Microsoft SQL, APIs, HTTP status codes, and web services.
- Bachelor's degree: B.Tech.
- Willingness to work shifts including 08:00-17:00, 15:00-00:00, and 21:00-06:00.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Entry-level candidate capable of following documented procedures and learning production support processes quickly.
- Comfortable working under guidance in a structured team environment with escalation and SLA adherence.
- Basic technical understanding of application stacks and infrastructure to effectively support incident management and coordination.
