About This Role
- Ensure turnaround time (TAT) meets agreed SLAs across all line of business.
- Maintain 99% quality and first-time-right (FTR) rate in branch operations.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions, process improvement, and maintain good relations.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-4 years of relevant work experience.
- Any Graduate required; MBA preferred.
- Must maintain compliance with no audit deviations and achieve satisfactory audit ratings.
- Work Experience Required: 1-4 years.
