About This Role
- Assist with triage, basic troubleshooting, and monitoring of .NET applications, APIs, databases, and Angular frontends under supervision.
- Perform SQL queries and log reviews to validate issues and support routine system health checks following SOPs.
- Coordinate with development, database, and infrastructure teams for incident resolution and maintain clear incident documentation in ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
Minimum Requirements
- 0-6 months of work experience in IT operations or support
- Basic knowledge of .NET framework / .NET Core, C#, Angular, Microsoft SQL, APIs, HTTP, and web services
- Willingness to work shifts including 08:00 AM-05:00 PM, 03:00 PM-12:00 AM, or 09:00 PM-06:00 AM
- Location: Pune
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Early-career professional or recent graduate with foundational technical skills in .NET and SQL databases
- Comfortable working under supervision in a structured, process-driven environment with incident management tools
- Ability to coordinate among multiple technical teams for issue resolution and document operational learnings
