About This Role
- Support execution of routine operational processes ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to policies and workflows.
- Maintain organized documentation and escalate exceptions or discrepancies to supervisors as needed.
- Coordinate information across operational areas using multiple systems to complete processes from work receipt to resolution.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ months operations support experience or equivalent through work, training, military, or education.
- Typing speed of 30 to 35 WPM with accuracy >= 98%.
- Ability to work US operational hours (night shift in India).
- Work Experience Required: 0 to 1 year in banking/financial services or equivalent.

- Experience or comfort working in a fast-paced, high-demand, multi-tasking environment.
- Familiarity with back-office processing and multiple computer systems navigation.
