About This Role
- Own the end-to-end technical architecture design and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD modules including Employee Center, Case Management, and Lifecycle Events.
- Lead solution design workshops, produce architecture documentation, and translate HR business requirements into scalable technical solutions following ServiceNow best practices.
- Architect integrations between ServiceNow and third-party HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) and enforce platform governance, coding standards, and security architecture specific to HR data.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years total IT experience with at least 6+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience including HRSD module expertise and solution architecture leadership.
- Proven delivery of 2–3 full-cycle ServiceNow HRSD implementations and certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong technical leadership with demonstrated ability to mentor teams and lead complex ServiceNow HRSD projects end-to-end.
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow HRSD modules, platform fundamentals (Flow Designer, ACLs, Script Includes), and multi-country/multi-language HR service delivery configurations.
- Experience advising on platform upgrades, new feature adoption, and pre-sales scoping of HRSD solutions.
