About This Role
- Lead strategic process improvement and transformation initiatives across end-to-end finance processes including R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A, and Business Finance.
- Drive standardization, automation, and operational excellence using Lean Six Sigma and digital tools to improve productivity, cycle time, quality, and compliance.
- Partner with global stakeholders and technology teams to implement automation (RPA, AI) and support digital transformation including ERP implementations and upgrades.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance required; preferred MBA, CA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification mandatory.
- 13-15+ years of experience in Finance operations, transformation, process excellence, shared services, or consulting.
- Experience with finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A), ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics 365, Workday), and automation tools (Power BI, Power Automate, UiPath) required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader in large-scale finance process improvement and continuous improvement methodologies with strong analytical skills.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and ability to influence across multiple organizational levels without direct authority.
- Comfortable operating within global organizations and shared services environments focusing on finance process standardization and automation.
